Quick response high energy resolution CZT α-ray Semiconductor Detector
The α energy spectrum series detectors are charged particle detectors with ultra-small dimensions based on cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) crystals. Both environmental and vacuum levels can be used, and the energy resolution to alpha rays is extremely high in a vacuum environment.
The charged particle detector consists of a high-resolution CZT crystal, a high-quality visible light shielding window and a metal encapsulation shell. It can work under visible light irradiation, and the window material can meet the needs of multiple cleaning and wiping. Good quality and with high price-performance ratio.
