The X-Card DE (Dual Energy) is a family of dual-energy X-ray detector modules assembled on a driver board to facilitate interfacing with a data acquisition system. Dual energy X-ray detection enables material discrimination for applications including security screening, material sorting, and bone densitometry. Detector modules may be used individually or daisy-chained to create longer arrays.
